Two Step

The most recognized dance of all the country dances. You will see any different forms of Two Step in the clubs however here we'll give you the information of how the dance is supposed to be danced.

In Two Step, the dancers move counter-clockwise around the perimeter of the dance floor. It is a smooth dance meaning there is no bounce or lilt. The basic step is quick, quick, slow, slow or 1,2,3,5 with a hold on the 4th and 6th beats. Other basic counts for the Two Step include quick, quick, quick, quick, slow, slow (1,2,3,4,5,7) and quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow (1,2,3,5,6,7)
