Latin presence to this dancing pair.
Dale has lived in Red Deer from the age of five. Dale has been dancing competitively
since 1999 in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Dale has won
numerous awards through these competitions, including
a second place finish in the 2002 World Championship
competition that was held in the Netherlands.
Natalie and Dale teach for the City of Red Deer Cultural Services Department, Dancer’s Edge Dance Studio,
the Country Pride Dance Club, as well as other group
and private classes.
In 2005 at the United Country Western Dance Council’s
World Championships of Dance, which was held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville in January,
the couple came home with a second place and a world championship title which now gives
them central alberta's only world championship title in Country Dance, they now have two.
Because of their achievements Natalie and Dale received
the Mayor’s award for Fine and Performing arts in June of 2004.
